Late collection will result in your pet staying an additional day, which will be charged accordingly.

Bank Holidays

We are closed on all Bank Holidays for drop-offs and collections.

Boarding stays can still be booked to include Bank Holidays; however, no drop-offs or collections will take place on those days.
