Bank Holidays

We are closed on all Bank Holidays for drop-offs and collections.

Boarding stays can still be booked to include Bank Holidays; however, no drop-offs or collections will take place on those days.

Viewings

Thinking about treating your furry friend to a stay with us? We’d love to show you around our dog and cat hotel and introduce you to our team.

​

Viewings are available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 3:00pm and 4:00pm, and are by appointment only.

To ensure we can give you our full attention and maintain a calm environment for our furry guests, we kindly ask that all visits are booked in advance.
