Tuff’s Tails Dog & Cat Hotel – Terms & Conditions

 

Booking & Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when booking.
Rates are charged daily, including arrival and departure days.
Please give 48 hours’ notice if you want to collect your pet earlier; otherwise, the full stay is payable.
All charges must be paid in full before your pet is collected.

 

Opening Hours for boarding
Drop-off or collection outside these hours may be refused or incur extra charges:
Monday: 10am–12pm, 2–5pm
Tuesday: 11–11:30am, 4–4:30pm
Wednesday: 10am–12pm, 2–5pm
Thursday: 10am–12pm, 2–5pm
Friday: 10am–12pm, 2–5pm
Saturday: 10am–12pm, 2–5pm
Sunday: 10am–12pm
Late collection will result in your pet staying an extra day, at your cost.

Daycare hours drop off/collection times: 7:30am-12pm, 2pm-5pm 

 

Health & Care
Pets must be fully vaccinated within the last 12 months — please bring documentation.
Let us know about any medical history, medication, or special needs in advance.
Animals showing signs of illness may be refused, and contagious conditions require immediate collection; isolation will be provided if needed.
Veterinary care may be called in at the owner’s expense if required.
Medication must be clearly labelled with instructions.

 

Safety & Belongings
All pets are accepted at the owner’s risk.
Personal items (beds, toys, leads, blankets, etc.) are at the owner’s risk.
Cats must be in secure, escape-proof carriers; we are not liable for escapes due to inadequate carriers.

 

Conduct & Payments
Rude or aggressive behaviour towards staff may result in being banned from the premises.
We accept most debit/credit cards (excluding American Express).
