Booking & Payment
A 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required when booking.
Rates are charged daily, including arrival and departure days.
Please give 48 hours’ notice if you want to collect your pet earlier; otherwise, the full stay is payable.
All charges must be paid in full before your pet is collected.
Opening Hours for boarding
Drop-off or collection outside these hours may be refused or incur extra charges:
Monday: 9:45am–11:45am, 2:30pm–5pm
Tuesday: 11–11:30am, 4–4:30pm
Wednesday: 9:45am–11:45am, 2:30pm–5pm
Thursday: 9:45am–11:45am, 2:30pm–5pm
Friday: 9:45am–11:45am, 2:30pm–5pm
Saturday: 9:45am–11:45am, 2:30pm–5pm
Sunday: 9:45am–11:45am
Late collection will result in your pet staying an extra day, at your cost.

Health & Care
Pets must be fully vaccinated within the last 12 months — please bring documentation - without valid proof of vaccination, we will be unable to accept your pet for boarding.
Let us know about any medical history, medication, or special needs in advance.
Medication must be clearly labelled with instructions.
Animals showing signs of illness may be refused, and contagious conditions require immediate collection; isolation will be provided if needed.
Veterinary care may be called in at the owner’s expense if required.

Food
We strongly recommend that owners bring their animals usual food for their stay. Keeping your dog/cat on their regular diet helps prevent stomach upset and ensures they remain comfortable and settled while away from home. Sudden changes in diet can sometimes cause digestive issues, so maintaining consistency is best for your animals well being.

Vaccinations
All pets must be fully vaccinated and up to date before boarding with us. We require proof of current vaccinations for distemper, parvovirus, hepatitis and leptospirosis. A kennel cough vaccination is also required for all dogs staying with us, and must be administered at least 14 days prior to arrival. Vaccination certificates must be provided in advance or on check-in; without valid proof of vaccination, we will be unable to accept your pet for boarding. It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure all vaccinations remain current for the duration of their pet’s stay.
Safety & Belongings
All pets are accepted at the owner’s risk.
Personal items (beds, toys, leads, blankets, etc.) are at the owner’s risk.
Cats must be in secure, escape-proof carriers; we are not liable for escapes due to inadequate carriers.
Conduct & Payments
Rude or aggressive behaviour towards staff may result in being banned from the premises.
We accept most debit/credit cards (excluding American Express).
