Katie's Background: With over 11 years of experience working across rehoming centres, daycare facilities, and emergency veterinary practices, Katie brings a professional, welfare-first approach. She holds a degree in Animal Management and Welfare from Harper Adams University, giving her the expertise to handle everything from shy rescues to bouncy puppies.

 

Ray's Approach: Ray, originally from South Africa, has a background rooted in nature and animal care. He excels at building trust quickly, handling every dog with care, consistency, and a calm presence, whether it's an excitable puppy or a big personality.

Family Life: At home, we are just as pet-obsessed! We share our lives with our rescue cat, Chip, and have dedicated years to fostering vulnerable mums and litters, as well as adopting older cats needing a second chance.
